Ordering & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you can request a cancellation. Please note that all canceled orders are subject to a 6% cancellation fee due to non-refundable payment processing costs. Contact us at support@8bithits.com as soon as possible for assistance.

Q: Do you offer pre-orders?
A: At this time, we do not offer pre-orders due to market volatility. We aim to keep our inventory up to date with available products.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We strive to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only ship within to the United States and terrtories.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to the nature of collectible items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
A: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@8bithits.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you on a resolution, including a refund or replacement if applicable.

Product & Inventory

Q: Do you sell sealed or single trading cards?
A: We offer a variety of Pokémon TCG products, including sealed packs, graded slabs, and collectibles. Our inventory rotates frequently, so be sure to check back for new additions.

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Restocks depend on availability. Follow us on our social channels or subscribe to our newsletter for updates on new stock and special releases.
